Welcome to LazerStrike. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit our website or buy from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our website.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean LazerStrike, and "you" means the person using our website or placing an order.

1. OUR STORE
Our store is hosted on Shopify. We sell laser tag sets and related products through this website.
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS
We try to show our products, colors and features as accurately as possible. Small differences in color or design can happen because of screens, lighting or updated product versions.
Product images, graphics and videos are for illustration. The contents of each bundle are described on the product page.
Our laser tag products use infrared light and are designed for ages 8 and up. Adult supervision is recommended for younger players. Please follow the instructions included with the product.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
If we notice a clear pricing error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

4. ORDERS
After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that it has shipped.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there is an error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll give you a full refund.

5. SHIPPING
Shipping times and details are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, the delivery time depends on the carrier. If something goes wrong, we'll help you as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. SHIPPING PROTECTION
If you choose Shipping Protection at checkout, we will replace your order free of charge if it is lost in transit or arrives damaged, as described in our Refund Policy. You must contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

8. REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you give us permission to show it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unrelated.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The LazerStrike name, logo, website design, text, graphics and images belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse our website, including by trying to hack it, interfere with how it works, place fraudulent orders, or use it for anything illegal.

Our website may link to other websites or services, such as package tracking sites or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that result from using our website or products.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
